Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and pour it into the cake mix.
  2. Add the egg to the cake mix and combine well.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake base.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
