Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-proof casserole dish.
  3. Cover the dish.
  4. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking.
  5. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
