Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag frozen corn
  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • pinch of white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, stirring to form a roux.
  2. Add the frozen corn, whipping cream, milk, salt, Accent, sugar, and white pepper to the saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
