Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine melted margarine, flour, salt, and dry mustard.
  2. Stir in milk and Cheddar cheese soup.
  3. Heat until bubbling.
  4. Add cubed ham to the sauce.
  5. Pour the creamed ham mixture over cornbread squares and serve.
