Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package sage and onion bread dressing

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped celery and large onion in margarine and set aside.
  2. Brown the hamburger and drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cooked celery and onion mixture to the browned hamburger.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Cover the mixture with bread dressing.
  6. Mix the cans of cream of celery or chicken soup with water.
  7. Pour the soup mixture over the bread dressing.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
