Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • baked pie shell
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 4 teaspoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir the brown sugar and flour together in a saucepan.
  2. Scald the milk and slowly add it to the sugar and flour mixture, stirring constantly.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add vanilla and melted margarine, stirring well.
