A creamy, flavorful crab dip with green onions, pimentos, and a hint of horseradish, perfect for parties and sharing with friends alongside your favorite crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. chopped pimento
  • dash of pepper
  • 6.5 oz. can crab meat, rinsed, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 1.5 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the sliced almonds and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into an ungreased 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers.
