Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 3/4 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bring the crushed pineapple and juice to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the Jell-O until dissolved.
  4. Let the mixture cool.
  5. Take out of the refrigerator and add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
  6. Fold in until lumps disappear.
  7. Add the nuts.
  8. Pour into an 8-inch square dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
