Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 loaf French bread or garlic bread

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Mix the mushrooms, pizza sauce, and Cheddar cheese soup together.
  3. Slice the loaf of French bread or garlic bread lengthwise.
  4. Lay the bread, cut side up, on a cookie sheet.
  5. Heap the hamburger mixture onto the bread.
  6. Optional: add pizza cheese on top if desired.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
