Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups San Giorgio rigatoni
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package; drain.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
  3. Add butter or margarine to the saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.
  5. Stir in the cooked rigatoni and serve.
