Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ground sausage or diced ham until browned.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk.
  3. Add grated Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion to the egg mixture.
  4. Combine the cooked meat with the egg and cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until golden brown and set.
