Ingredients

  • 6 or 7 medium squash
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 8 to 10 slices American cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the squash, then cook until tender.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in oleo until translucent.
  3. Mash the cooked squash and add it to the sautéed onions.
  4. Add the American cheese slices and chopped jalapeno to the mixture.
  5. Heat until the cheese is melted, stirring constantly to combine all ingredients.
