Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
  • 5 fl. oz. red wine vinegar
  • 20 fl oz. nonfat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Puree ricotta cheese in a food processor or blender until very smooth.
  2. Add yogurt and red wine vinegar; process until fully incorporated.
  3. Remove from the processor and add seasonings as desired.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
