A rich and creamy taco dip featuring seasoned ground beef, melted Velveeta, and beans, perfect for sharing at parties or casual gatherings with crunchy chips.

- Brown the ground meat and chopped onion in a skillet, adding a little oil if necessary.
- Add 3/4 cup water to the meat and onion mixture, cooking until meat is browned and onion is tender.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, Ro-Tel, hot chili, regular chili, beans, cubed Velveeta cheese, and whipping cream to the skillet.
- Stir well and cook over medium/low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot.
- Alternatively, cook in a crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
- Serve by placing Fritos or Doritos on a plate and topping with the creamy taco mixture.
