Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb venison tenderloin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Pound the venison tenderloin to tenderize it.
  2. Cut the tenderized venison into serving pieces.
  3. Flour the pieces and brown them on both sides in oil.
  4. Place the browned venison pieces in a casserole dish.
  5. Make a thin gravy in the pan used for browning the meat by adding cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, sliced onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, and milk.
  6. Pour the gravy over the venison in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until cooked through and tender.
