Instructions
- Slightly brown onions in butter.
- Add potatoes, broth and salt.
- Bring to boiling point, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cool and puree in blender.
- Add milk, heat to boiling point, remove from heat and add cream and other ingredients.
- Mix well; chill.
- Serve very cold and garnish with chopped chives.
