Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press the seams together to form a single sheet.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll sheet.
  5. Roll up the crescent dough starting from one long side to form a log.
  6. Cut the log into slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, combine half a cup of sugar and cinnamon to make the topping.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the rolls.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
