- Cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough; divide into 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part into a 1/4-inch thick circle and cut into 8 wedges.
- Roll up each wedge starting at the wide end to form a crescent shape.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
