Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. cubed turkey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of melted butter until smooth.
  2. Add the cubed turkey, salt, pepper, milk, chopped onion, and chopped pimento; mix well.
  3. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles and firmly press the perforations to seal.
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture onto the center of each dough rectangle.
  5. Pull the four corners of each dough rectangle to the top center of the meat mixture, twist slightly, and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the reserved butter.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with crushed seasoned croutons.
  8. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
