- Blend the softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of melted butter until smooth.
- Add the cubed turkey, salt, pepper, milk, chopped onion, and chopped pimento; mix well.
- Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles and firmly press the perforations to seal.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture onto the center of each dough rectangle.
- Pull the four corners of each dough rectangle to the top center of the meat mixture, twist slightly, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the reserved butter.
- If desired, sprinkle with crushed seasoned croutons.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
