Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut into quarters

Instructions
