Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, paprika, seasoned salt (if using), parsley flakes, and sage.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the flour and spice mixture.
  3. Lightly oil a jelly roll pan and arrange the coated chicken pieces on it.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken pieces over and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
