Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 large whipped topping
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo (butter)

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut, sugar, and plain flour together in a bowl.
  2. Add softened oleo (butter) and blend until mixture resembles crumbs.
  3. Spread half of the crumb mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 300°F until light brown, stirring often to prevent burning, then cool.
  5. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions.
  6. Spread half of the pudding over the crumb layer.
  7. Slice half of the bananas and layer on top of the pudding.
  8. Spread half of the whipped topping over the bananas.
  9. Repeat the layers: crumb mixture, pudding, bananas, whipped topping.
