- Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix cream-style corn, water or turkey broth, poultry seasoning, pepper, stuffing mix, and beaten eggs well.
- Add the sautéed onion and celery to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish, spraying with Pam if desired.
- Dribble butter or turkey broth over the top if preferred.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness.
