Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 cup water or turkey broth
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream-style corn, water or turkey broth, poultry seasoning, pepper, stuffing mix, and beaten eggs well.
  3. Add the sautéed onion and celery to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish, spraying with Pam if desired.
  5. Dribble butter or turkey broth over the top if preferred.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness.
