Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions

  1. Tear the lettuce into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl, filling about three-quarters of the bowl with lettuce.
  2. Peel the carrot and cucumber, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut the green pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the tomato and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add all the prepared vegetables into the bowl with the lettuce.
  6. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  7. Enjoy!
