- Tear the lettuce into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl, filling about three-quarters of the bowl with lettuce.
- Peel the carrot and cucumber, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the green pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the tomato and celery into bite-sized pieces.
- Add all the prepared vegetables into the bowl with the lettuce.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
