Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 1/2 cups Kroger crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla.
  3. In a large bowl, add the marshmallow mixture to the cereal; stir to coat.
  4. Spread into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Cut into bars.
