Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large container of Cool Whip
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 large instant vanilla pudding (6 oz.)
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding (6 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, and chopped pecans.
  2. Press mixture evenly into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk milk with vanilla and chocolate pudding until thickened.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
  10. Refrigerate the dessert overnight before serving.
