Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (6 oz.) Cheddar or original French-fried onions, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the butter mixture, then coat with crushed French-fried onions.
  3. Place the coated chicken in a greased 9-inch square pan.
  4. Top the chicken with any remaining crushed onions.
  5. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
