Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • medium V-8
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Add the browned beef, medium V-8, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar to the crock-pot.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low all day.
  4. During the last hour of cooking, add the spaghetti noodles.
  5. Stir the mixture only a couple of times during the last hour to prevent mushiness.
