Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cubed cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook all vegetables until done.
  2. Melt butter; add flour.
  3. When smooth, gradually add broth, vegetables, milk and seasonings. Simmer; add cubed cheese.
