Ingredients

  • leftover poultry or ham, chunked
  • 2 cans sliced potatoes
  • 2 cans peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • gravy (optional)
  • Stove Top stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Combine leftover poultry or ham, canned sliced potatoes, peas and carrots, and cream of chicken soup in a baking dish.
  2. Top the mixture evenly with Stove Top stuffing mix with seasoning.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 1 hour until heated through and topping is golden.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
