Ingredients

  • 2 rabbits (approximately 3 lb. each)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • water as desired
  • 6 cans biscuits (10 to a can)
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the rabbits into serving pieces.
  2. Put the rabbit pieces in a large pot and cook until done with some butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove the meat, debone, and clean the pot.
  4. Put the meat back into the pot.
  5. Add chicken broth, water as desired, butter, salt, and pepper, then bring to a boil.
  6. Quarter the biscuits and pull them apart into smaller pieces.
  7. Drop the biscuit pieces into the meat mixture one at a time and cook until the biscuits are done.
  8. Serve hot.
