Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and butter in a bowl; cut butter into flour until smaller than peas.
  2. Mix in cream and vinegar.
  3. Stir in cheese; form into a ball.
  4. Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
  5. Cut into rings with a doughnut cutter.
  6. Place rings and holes on an ungreased baking sheet about 1 inch apart; chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Brush tops with egg white.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
