- Combine flour and butter in a bowl; cut butter into flour until smaller than peas.
- Mix in cream and vinegar.
- Stir in cheese; form into a ball.
- Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut into rings with a doughnut cutter.
- Place rings and holes on an ungreased baking sheet about 1 inch apart; chill for 30 minutes.
- Brush tops with egg white.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
