Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cubed steak
  • garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with garlic salt and roll in flour.
  2. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet and brown steak on both sides. Place in greased casserole dish.
  3. Combine mushroom soup, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
  4. Pour the sauce over the steak and cover the casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
