Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. firm soy tofu
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. cracker meal
  • 1/2 c. Redi-burger
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Bake on a greased baking sheet or fry until cooked through.
