Ingredients

  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. dill vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. sliced fresh, peeled cucumbers
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced in strips
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss well to coat all vegetables with the dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
