Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup unflavored low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons reduced calorie or regular mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed or 2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash freshly ground pepper
  • dash hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Chill thoroughly before serving.
  3. Serve chilled with hot or cold fish such as broiled, steamed, or baked fish.
  4. Suitable for trout, salmon, sole, cod, whitefish, black sea bass, tuna, and others.
