Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. grated cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Add the grated cucumber, grated onion, and mayonnaise to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables, garnished with paprika on top.
