Instructions
- Dissolve the Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.
- Mix the dissolved gelatine with the lemon Jell-O and 1 cup hot water; let it cool.
- Add salt and vinegar to the cooled mixture and stir well.
- Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, grated cucumber, chopped pimientos, and grated onion; mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
