  • 2 unpeeled cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp. celery seed
  • dash ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
