Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 1) tall can apricot halves
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. Arrange drained apricot halves in a pie plate.
  2. Mix melted butter or margarine, brown sugar, and curry powder together.
  3. Spoon the mixture over the apricots.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
