Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen French-style green beans
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen French-style green beans as directed on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the top of a double boiler.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and curry powder.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and stir often, keeping over hot water until ready to serve.
  5. Mix the hot green beans with the sauce and serve immediately.
