Ingredients

  • rye or pumpernickel party sliced bread
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix the curry powder, chopped green onions, Cheddar cheese, chopped ripe olives, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on slices of rye or pumpernickel party bread.
  3. Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until bubbly and golden.
