  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, granulated sugar, baking soda, chopped nuts, and crushed pineapple until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
