Ingredients

  • 4 firm bananas, peeled
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups crushed Cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Half the bananas lengthwise, then crosswise.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and curry powder.
  4. Dip the banana pieces into the butter mixture.
  5. Roll the coated bananas in crushed Cornflakes until completely covered.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
  7. Place the bananas in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
