Instructions
- Set aside 2 to 3 tablespoons of margarine.
- Crush the cardamom to a powder.
- Mix ricotta cheese, sugar, milk powder, and one crushed cardamom thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture in a 13 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Let cool for an hour before serving.
