Ingredients

  • 10 oz. tortilla chips
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Mrs. Dash spice
  • 1/2 cup diced scallions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • salsa sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange tortilla chips evenly on a microwavable plate.
  2. Top with grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses; then sprinkle Mrs. Dash spice evenly.
  3. Add diced scallions and diced tomato on top (black olives are optional).
  4. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Serve with salsa sauce.
