Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients except the pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
  3. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
