Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp. minced onion
  • Parmesan cheese (amount you desire)
  • cooking oil
  • 1 lb. pork chops
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients and make into meatballs.
  2. Put cooking oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs.
  3. Take them up and set aside.
