Ingredients

  • 2 small (3 oz.) packages raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the raspberry Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add the blueberry pie filling, crushed pineapple with juice, and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and chill until set.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  6. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the chilled Jell-O mixture.
  7. Spread chopped pecans over the top before serving.
