Ingredients

  • 1 heaping Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 scant tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 good size bananas
  • 1 cup broken nuts

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
